How To Complete as efficiently as possible?
The main thing is to have 3 Premier League and 3 Eredivisie players, it would make sense to have a Brazillian Eredivisie midfielder so that you can complete all of the above with the least amount of goals.

If you use the two players below, you can Assist with Brazillian and Eredivisie players plus midfielder and defender objectives too.
