Kevin De Bruyne – 92:
Skill Moves/Weak Foot: 4*/5*
Work Rate: High/Medium
Playstyles: Long Ball Pass (+), Dead Ball, Incisive Pass, Pinged Pass, Whipped Pass, Trivela
Preferred Chem Style: Hunter
Insane CAM, as usual with De Bruyne. 4*/5* is a deadly combo and perfect stats all around. Great Playstyles as well, and the addition of Whipped Pass is perfect.

Aitana Bonmati – 91:
Skill Moves/Weak Foot: 4*/5*
Work Rate: High/High
Playstyles: Technical (+), Finesse Shot, Incisive Pass, Pinged Pass, Tiki Taka, First Touch
Preferred Chem Style: Shadow
Another amazing midfielder. Great stats all-around, and good defensive stats in the right place for a CM. 4*/5* and 7 top-tier Playstyles is something you can’t complain about.

Jamal Musiala – 89:

Playstyles: Technical (+), Incisive Pass, Flair, First Touch, Trickster

I see nothing wrong with this card. Shooting and passing could be a bit higher, but it’s perfect in the right areas. Dribbling is insane as well, and 5* SM alongside Technical+ is a deadly duo.

Leah Cathrine Williamson – 87:

Playstyles: Long Ball Pass (+), Jockey, Block, Anticipate, Bruiser

This card’s in-game stats look very good, but the issue I see is the height. If you don’t care about that, then this card is amazing. All the defensive Playstyles you’d want in a CB, immaculate defending, great short and long pass, and somewhat agile for a defender, this card has it all.

Federico Chiesa – 86:

Playstyles: Rapid (+), Finesse Shot, Flair, Quick Step, Trivela
Preferred Chem Style: Deadeye
Solid upgrade for Chiesa, +2’s across the board. Other than that, not much is different with this card compared to his gold. Same Playstyles, and same SM/WF. Overall, still a great winger!

(OBJ) Jarrod Bowen – 86:

This card at the Striker position looks insane. Great pace and shooting, and amazing dribbling. It’s unfortunate that Bowen didn’t receive a Playstyle+, but you can’t complain given the massive upgrade compared to his gold card. It’s free as well, so worst case scenario, he’s high-value fodder.

Sebastiaan Bornauw – 84:

Playstyles: Power Header, Long Ball Pass, Block, Slide Tackle
Preferred Chem Style: Shadow
Solid CB. The pace split is weird and is very average in dribbbling, but aside from that, great everywhere else. Solid defense, solid physicals, and pretty good passing, he’s a decent option if you’re looking for a Bundesliga defender.

Olga Carmona – 84:

Another solid fullback, and yet another option for Real Madrid/Spain teams. Amazing dribbling, 91 stamina, and nice Playstyles for a defender. Long passing could be a bit better, but other than that, this card is tasty.

Nahitan Nández – 83

Honestly, not a bad card if you don’t mind the 2* WF. Sure, that’s a huge downside, but look at the in-game stats: Nice passing, very pacey, insane physicals, great defending in the right areas, and okay dribbling. Great Playstyles as well for a midfielder.

Eusebio – 92:

Not much to say about Eusebio; he’s been meta ever since his first Icon card was released, but this version is just beautiful. Lovely dynamic as well!

Zico – 92:

5*/5* with those stats is absolutely mind-blowing. He’s just one of those cards, alongside last week’s Gullit, that’s just going to be hard to pack. However, if you do somehow get your hands on him, then hats off to you.

It’s unfortunate he hasn’t received a SM upgrade, but nonetheless, this card is such a good CM. Top-tier defending, great passing and stamina, several playstyles; he’s definitely an underrated icon card.

Ashley Cole – 89:

This Cole version is just impeccable. Aside from the 2* WF, he has all the right Playstyles for a fulback, and just insane in-game stats for a defender.

Cost: ~500k

Work Rate: Medium/High
Playstyles: Slide Tackle (+), Power Header, Jockey, Block, Bruiser, Acrobatic, Aerial
Preferred Chem Style: Shadow
I personally think this is too expensive for a CB, but it is Vidic, after all. He has almost every defensive playstyle, and with immaculate defending and physical, he’s a force to be reckoned with on the defending side. If you’re a Manchester United fan or just love him as a player, then feel free to complete him, but otherwise, I’d stay away and save your fodder.

Below-average icon card. Finishing is very nice, and pace isn’t bad for a Striker, but he is very lackluster in dribbling. Not the greatest Playstyles as well.

I’m in love with this version of Makelele. Sure, it’s only +1 across the board compared to his base icon, but he’s still deadly. Perfect Playstyles for a midfielder, and with such top-tier defending and physical, he’s going to be a huge nuisance in the pitch.
