This will be the 7th time the Ones To Watch promo has featured in the FIFA franchise, and is always the first promo in the new game.
The players that are selected are some of the best summer transfers and will have their rating increase whenever they receive a performance based special card, they will also receive a one off upgrade if they complete 'wins to watch'.
