The UEFA Road To The Finals is a live promo within EA FC 24, this means that the cards will be upgraded dependant on how far their team progresses into the tournament.
For the all promo cards, no matter what competition they are participating in, there are five upgrade opportunities shown below with the final one being achieved if their team lifts the respective trophy.
Champions League
There are five upgrade opportunities as shown above: winning or drawing the first knockout game after the campaign launch, qualifying for the quarterfinals, qualifying for the semifinals, qualifying for the final, and winning the final. Each upgrade except for the last two grants a +1 inform upgrade. Qualifying for the final grants an additional +1 play style plus boost. Winning the final grants a +1 inform upgrade, 5 star weak foot, and 5 star skill moves.
